Private Yoga Instruction
Even if you don’t have a specific health issue, there are many reasons to consider a private yoga session:
- You are brand new to yoga or returning to your practice after a long period.
- You would like to develop a home practice.
- You want to strengthen and deepen your own practice.
- You would rather work privately than in a group setting.
Whatever the reason, Private Yoga Instruction is an alternative to larger class settings and is an affordable opportunity to work one-on-one with a teacher.
